What's The Difference Between The Hair Collections
These collections were made with YOU in mind. You can now have the flawless hair of your dreams with out the guilt trip of spending too much. Both Collection holds amazing quality! Every collection can be dyed and colored. Deciding on which collection to purchase simply depends on how much you want to spend. Every collection is a great investment. You can trust this brand.
The Princess Collection is our original collection. These are mink extensions for the Queen who simply loves luxurious quality extensions.
The Duchess Collection is for the Queen who constantly changes her hair and prefers a more affordable grade of hair that still holds great quality.
HOW MUCH HAIR DO I NEED?
We recommend 2-3 bundles to complete the look of a full sew in with virgin hair. The longer the hair the shorter the weft, so for all longer styles 26" and up we recommend 4-5 bundles.
Can I Color This Hair?
Live Queenly provides our customers with 100% Virgin human hair that has not been processed in any way. OUR HAIR CAN BE COLORED. Please just keep in mind, once colored this hair is no longer virgin, so make sure you use color treated hair conditioner and keep your hair moisturized.
How Long Can This Hair Last?
Our hair can last for a very long time with the proper hair care! If you take great care of your hair the longer it will last and be flawless enough for reuse!
What Size Are Your Wigs?
All Wigs come in a size "M" for medium which is an average size and has room and ability to stretch. Please email us at email@example.com to request a sizes: small, large or XL.
What's are Lace Closure Wigs?
Our Lace Closure Wigs are constructed with a sewing machine and made with 3 bundles & a 4x4 Lace Closure. All 12-14 inch Lace Closure Wigs are made with 2 bundles and a 4x4 Lace Closure. Wigs requested in the inches 24-40 may seem naturally thinner towards the ends because these wigs are made with longer hair bundles. All hair bundles inches 24-40 are smaller hair bundles. These lace closure wigs are shipped in their natural hair state & natural hair texture. They will not be shipped "Curled & straightened" as you see in the pictures provided for each wig. The pictures provided are pictures after the wigs have been installed and curled/straightened with curling irons and flat irons. You may experience minimum shedding of loose hair in the wig from production because of the way the wig was constructed. Do not be alarmed. We recommend that you wash & condition the hair before you install for sanitary reasons also this gets rid of any extra loose hair that wasn't combed out the wig once it came out of production.
Can I Make Changes To My Order?

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days of payment. All items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service, Fed Ex or DHL and take approximately 3-5 business days, and 7-10 business days for all wigs & apparel. All weekend orders will be processed on Monday. Once items are shipped, tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided with the purchase.
Live Queenly isn’t responsible for any lost or late arriving items.
If items have not been received, they can be located by using the tracking number or contacting your local post office, Fed Ex or DHL (whichever service was used to ship your package).
If your tracking information reports that your package was indeed delivered and you have not received it, Live Queenly is not responsible for your package, you must take this up with the United States Postal Service or FedEX.
COVID 19 INFO
Due to Covid restrictions FedEx and other carries have decided to temporarily stopped signature release unless requested. To ensure the delivery of your package, once you receive your tracking number from Live Queenly Boutique please make sure you log into your FedEx account and request signature release for your package ASAP. This will ensure that your packaged is not delivered without a signature at the provided shipping address.
No returns or exchanges on any hair, hair products, or lashes. All sales final due to Sanitary requirements to protect all customers.
